Plas y Brenin is the world renowned national mountain centre, located in North Wales. The staff trek and climb around the world and are key providers of the International Mountain Leader programme, which they have delivered in Spain, Switzerland, France and Slovenia. Contributors to this book include senior instructors Carlo Forte, Martin Chester, Helen Barnard, Simon Hale and Mike Raine as well as Mike Rosser from their partner organisation Outlook Expeditions.
