Quang Huy Nguyen. and his wife Tram run the three Hanoi 1988 restaurants in Paris. Hanoi 1988 is a collective adventure born of a deep love for Vietnamese cuisine. With passion and respect for traditions, the restaurant's team recreates the flavours of childhood through recipes and time-honoured methods passed down through generations. Their house signature dish, pho bo, won them a gold medal at the 2019 Hanoi International Restaurant Competition.
