Rachel Bell is a serial entrepreneur, award-winning PR star, non-executive consultant and visitor in entrepreneurship at London Business School. She has started six multi-award-winning comms businesses - the most notable being PR agency Shine. Her philosophy of promoting and developing talent has won her industry recognition including #1 Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work For. She is a serial NED and chairs CIS, her late father's engineering business. She was nominated best leader of a small business in 2012 by the Sunday Times. She is currently also working with the London Business School, inspiring MBA students in entrepreneurship.
