Dr. Fraser is a Missionary, Retired Psychologist, Social Worker, Therapist and Educator. She has taught Nursery through University in Guyana, South America and in the U. S. A. She has travelled and trained youth and other Educators in the area of Mediation and Conflict Resolution, and prides herself in being mother to many. Dr. Fraser serves as Missionary Ambassador in a family-oriented work called Fraser Family-Ministries International, based in Jonesboro, Georgia, U. S. A.
