Dr. Richard Lytle. is President and CEO of CEO Forum, Inc. -a ministry dedicated to the spiritual leadership development of marketplace executives and their families. He previously served as Dean of the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University, where he invested in the development of future leaders for nearly thirty years. As a faculty member, dean, author, consultant, public speaker and CEO, Rick has engaged leaders of all types (age, gender, ethnicity, culture) across scores of industries, studying how faith is lived out under the pressures of marketplace leadership. His work is grounded in research and relationships with leaders seeking to integrate faith, family, and responsibility.
