Professor Robert Upex. MA, LLM, ACIArb, Barrister. Foundation Professor of Law at the University of Surrey (Emeritus). He has been an Employment Judge (fee paid) and has chaired inquiries into disputes at both national and international level. He has also served on the committees of numerous clubs and associations, amongst them the General Committee of the Reform Club and the Executive Committee of the Industrial Law Society.
