Saifulla Abdullaev, Ph. D. in Philology and professor, is the author of over 400 scholarly works. He was born in the city of Karakol, located on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. He has always been interested in the fate of the lost work on syntax by the famous linguist Mahmud Kashgari. Following in his footsteps, Saifulla Abdullaev wrote the monograph "The Treasures of Turkic Syntax".
