Sandra Moody Blackmon's debut novel Crossing Lines in the Sand: Feelings Like Chocolate came about through years of longing to be a published author. Within that time, she has completed her bachelor's degree and taken an early retirement, which has provided her with more time to continue with her writing. Her home is located in southern Indiana, on the Sunnyside of Louisville, KY-the home of the Kentucky Derby.
