Scott Kolecki is an automotive historian, author, and enthusiast. His passion for GM pony cars began in the early 1990s when he purchased a pair of Camaros (a 1984 Berlinetta and a 1989 RS coupe) and, later, a 1995 Pontiac Firebird. Kolecki's involvement with the F-Body community has continued throughout much of his adult life. His son shares his affinity for the Camaro and owns a 2012 Camaro SS coupe. Kolecki continues to write about GM's F-Body platform for several online properties, delving into its rich history and lasting impact on automotive enthusiasts. In addition to his work with the Camaro, Kolecki has spent much of his journalistic career researching the history of the Chevrolet Corvette.
