Dr. Scott Snair. is a data analyst and author in Washington D. C. He has nearly twenty years of experience working with and teaching about technology, analysis, research, and writing. His books have been published in 10 languages throughout the world. Scott maintains his certification as a data-privacy engineer with the IT professional association ISACA. He holds a Ph.
