Seth Jacobson , a graduate of the University of Stockholm, lives in Jerusalem, Israel. In 1995, he discovered the previously unknown archive of his grandfather, Rabbi Abraham Israel Jacobson. It proved to be a treasure of information about Scandinavian Jewry and Holocaust history—and has served as the foundation for this biography.
