Sneha Villalva served as the executive speechwriter for the UCLA chancellor and two Pomona College presidents. She was previously a journalist with The Press-Enterprise in Southern California. A speaker and writer, she has spent her career helping leaders find and articulate what matters most-first for others, now for herself and her readers.
