Stutee Nag is an international family law attorney licensed to practice law in India and the State of New York. She represents clients in complex cross-border family law matters, including international child custody, parental child abduction, and international divorce disputes. She has testified as an expert on Indian family law before courts in the United States and has written extensively on legal issues at the intersection of the Indian and U. S. family law systems. Nag is a Fellow of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section (2024-2025). Her scholarship and commentary have been published by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association Journal, Family Law Week (UK), LiveLaw (India), SCC Online (India), Bar & Bench (India), Super Lawyers (India), and other leading legal publications.
