Suzi Dee is a lifelong explorer of life's mysteries, healer, and guide whose transformational journey spans more than eighteen years of healing, exploration, and personal growth Over the years, she has become a Reiki Master Practitioner, Karuna Reiki Master, and Deeksha Practitioner, and holds a Universal Healing Certificate. Guided by a deep curiosity and devotion to healing, her path has led her through a rich exploration of chakra awareness, meridian-based systems, Tai Chi, Qigong, shamanic traditions, and sacred ceremonial practices, each deepening her understanding of presence, healing, and transformation. But Suzi's greatest teacher has been life itself. Through seasons of challenge, self-discovery, and renewal, she has learned that transformation isn't about becoming someone new-it's about remembering who you have always been beneath the layers of fear, expectation, and self-doubt. Her debut book, A Journey Within, grew directly from her own lived experience. Blending heartfelt storytelling, guided journaling, practical tools, and moments of insight, she wrote the book she wished she had found at the beginning of her own journey: a compassionate companion that invites curiosity, encourages reflection, and reminds readers that the answers they seek have been within them all along. She believes transformation is a remembering-a return to the inherent harmony, wisdom, and light that have always lived within us.
