Theodore Kohan was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, and attended graduate school in the United States on Fulbright and Agency for International Development (AID) scholarships. After a brief stint back in Chile, he returned to the United States permanently. Kohan and his wife reside in Boynton Beach, Florida, and Sharon, Massachusetts.
