Autor/-in: Therese Hasberg Avril

Therese Hasberg Avril lived and worked in Dubai from 2004-2017 as a teacher of English and Special Needs in High School. She worked at the Emirates International School Meadows, then as a nursery teacher and later as Head Teacher/Principal. Together with a friend, she established Dubai's first Danish School, which became the largest Danish school in the world, outside of Denmark. After working there for over ten years, in 2017, she relocated back to Copenhagen, Denmark, her home country. She currently lives there with her husband and two sons, for whom she first wrote this book.
