Thorsten Schneider is a product manager in the Product & Innovation HANA Platform department at SAP AG. In this position, he deals with application development using the new in-memory database technology. His main focus is the implementation of business applications based on ABAP and SAP HANA. Prior to working as a product manager, Thorsten was a consultant at SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG for several years. During this time, he advised national and international organizations on product lifecycle management and project portfolio management matters.
