Tim Kinsella is the author of three other novels, Sunshine On an Open Tomb. (2019, Featherproof Books), Let Go and Go On and On. (2014, Curbside Splendor; re-released 2024, Featherproof Books), and The Karaoke Singer’s Guide to Self-Defense. (2011, Featherproof Books) as well as one book of nonfiction, All Over and Over. (2015, Joyful Noise / Featherproof Books). From 1996-2020, his band Joan of Arc and its related projects released dozens of albums. He currently performs, tours, and writes music with his wife under the name "Kinsella & Pulse, LLC. " His life and creative work are the subjects of the Noisey / Viceland feature documentary "Your War (I'm One of You). " He lives in Chicago.
