Apostle Timothée MBALUTSHI was born on 15 July 1982 in central Congo in the DRC. He is married since 2009 to Mrs. Odette Mbalutshi and has 4 children. He has been trained in different theological institutions in Kinshasa and Brazzaville. He has a state diploma in general pedagogy and is a visionary of the Cité d'Onésime church.
