Tracy Leigh is a successful freelance writer and the author of many bridal planning articles. Her first taste of planning a wedding on a budget was her own, and although it turned out terrific, she learned from her mistakes. Since then, she has gone on to help friends plan their own weddings in creative and budget-minded ways. She resides in her home state of Ohio, along with her husband and four children.
