Vernon M. "Mike" Carrigan, MD, is a physician, poet, and humanitarian whose life has been shaped by tragedy, faith, service, and a deep compassion for people. With family roots in Montgomery County, Tennessee and in Ireland, he carries a strong sense of heritage that informs his writing and his understanding of the human spirit. Dr. Carrigan currently lives in Clarksville, Tennessee, where he continues to write, reflect, and serve.
