Veronica Roodt has a B. Sc in Botany and Zoology and a B. Sc (Hons. ) in animal physiology. For many years she has conducted research on wildlife, plants and their uses from her base in a tented bush camp in the Okavango Delta in Botswana. She is the author of a number of books and maps.
