Vic Benuyenah. is Assistant Professor at the Birmingham Business School, UAE. He has a background in organisational psychology and the application of economic theory to HRM/management decisions. Vic is a Senior Fellow of the HEA, MCIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Economic Society of England alongside having extensive experience in teaching business courses and the management of higher education teams.
