Viktor Rodos was born in Moscow, in what was then the Soviet Union. School, university, and a degree in aircraft engineering. Closed and doctrinarian Soviet society didn't leave much room for inquisitive minds. In 1990, he left everything behind to begin a new life in Canada. Starting from scratch, Viktor turned to a lifelong passion-uncovering forgotten stories, overlooked figures, and the untold realities behind well-known events. Years of research and discovery grew into a series of compelling lectures that have captivated audiences for over a decade. This book is the result of that journey-a collection of short stories that challenge what we think we know about the past. Viktor Rodos lives in Toronto with his wife, Ilona, whose steadfast support made this work possible. The sons, Eugene and Stanley, have built successful careers and are raising a new generation in North America.
