Viorel Coman, Dr., is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, University of Bucharest, and Research Associate at the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies, KU Leuven, Belgium. He is the co-chair of the Ecumenical Group of the International Orthodox Theological Association and a former secretary of the Societas Oecumenica – The European Society for Ecumenical Research.
