Tilly Walnes is on a mission to inspire more people to sew their own clothes. She is the founder of the award-winning sewing pattern company Tilly and the Buttons, known for its easy-to-follow instructions and gorgeous designs. Her previous books Love at First Stitch, Stretch! and Make it Simple have won industry awards and been published in multiple languages. Tilly has been writing about sewing on her popular blog since 2010, and appeared on the first series of the BBC’s The Great British Sewing Bee. Mini Makes is Tilly’s fourth book, and her first collection of childrenswear patterns.
