A year of change started with writing; an old friend from childhood I'd promised to re-visit, but never seemed to have the time. A winter writing retreat, soon followed by others, opened up a new world of words and learning. It was the deep healing journey I'd been waiting for. I'm now a trauma-educated somatic practitioner and certified NLP coach. I currently use my super powers to facilitate Sister Circles, teach Wild Writing, and The Meaning of Meditation, so that women, and other writers, can connect with themselves and learn to hear their own voices above the noise of everyone else's.
