Yuki Gomi (yukiskitchen. com) is a Japanese chef, food writer, and cookery teacher. Through her writing and Japanese cooking classes, Gomi aims to share the joy of Japanese cooking through a fusion of traditional and modern techniques to create accessible and fun Japanese food. She teaches Japanese cookery from her kitchen in London, demonstrating techniques for her students to cook Japanese food at home. In addition to cooking from her home, Gomi offers courses and private lessons at special events and colleges around the world and is the author of Sushi at Home.
