Beschreibung
In Phil Reeves' first published work, A Tribute to the Fool, we venture into an eighty-nine page spiritual journey of one man's interpretation of love, pain, happiness, life and death. While the topics are not new, his clever, straightforward and brutally honest writing style make his poems truly unique. Phil Reeves life, often touched with loneliness and heartache, is the catalyst for some of his darker works that deal with difficult and seldom touched topics such as suicide and one's morality. These dark works are starkly contrasted with light-hearted and whimsical poetry that shows his more capricious nature. His poems contain the depth of the greatest poetry, yet he is able to deliver them in such a manner that they are accessible to all readers.
