A Troubled Course

Volume #17 in the John Pearce Adventures. Upon the capture of a Spanish treasure ship, John Pearce's orders take him via Gibraltar, then on to Corsica, where in night actions, outnumbered on land and sea, he must fight the Francophile Corsicans who are arming themselves for an insurrection.
