I've been answering questions about bisexuality - curious and benevolent, accusatory and suspicious, disgusting and discriminatory - for most of my life. Until recently, I was always answering just from my perspective. I didn't know what other bisexuals did, or thought, or said. Then one day I woke up and decided that I wanted to find out. I started coming out to more people and asking them about their sexuality. In this process I realised that most of my close friends identify as bisexual, and that I had no idea because I never asked them. I wondered what other questions I wasn't asking.
