Clinical Nurse Leaders Beyond the Microsystem

"The first three editions provided content necessary for educating students for success in CNL programs and achievement of goals as they transitioned into practice. The fourth edition will expand on the previous editions and show a vision for CNLs to manage care and lead improvement teams beyond the microsystem.
