The aim of the work was to examine the topic in a legally neutral manner and without criticizing other legal systems. It seems more important than ever to develop an understanding of other legal systems and their adaptation in many countries around the world in order to conduct the international legal discourse on the basis of the applicable law. This work is intended to make a contribution to this.
