Devil's Quota

Detective, Mike DiMaggio, finds himself investigating an international conspiracy of an unusual murder that gets his partner killed and him fired. Meanwhile, a victim of this treachery, Sergeant Eric Ronson, abandons his unit to protect the girl he loves and crosses paths with Detective DiMaggio.
