Eltern Stärken. Die Dialogische Haltung in Seminar und Beratung

Deutsch. Das zunächst für die Elternbildung konzipierte „Dialogische Konzept“ wurde 2005 erstmalig veröffentlicht. Die sich daraus entwickelnde Kraft wirkt spürbar in die angrenzenden gesellschaftlichen Felder hinein. Zentraler Gedanke des Autors: Ob Kindertageseinrichtung, Schule, Gesundheitswesen, Behörden, Rechtswesen, Vereine - das System, in dem um Beziehung und Bildung, Gesundheit und Potenzialentfaltung gerungen wird, braucht statt der wertenden und belehrenden eine Dialogische Kultur. Eine Kultur, die es schafft, dass Erwachsene untereinander und auch Erwachsene und Kinder sich gleichwürdig begegnen, sich bedingungslos schätzen und respektieren. The power that has developed from it has a noticeable effect on the neighbouring fields of society. The author's central idea is that the system in which relationships and education, health and the development of potential are struggled for, needs a culture of dialogue instead of one of judgement and instruction. A culture that enables adults to meet each other and adults and children to meet each other with equal dignity, to appreciate and respect each other unconditionally.
