Evaluation of some brands of Albendazole tablets in Ghana

The essence of pharmaceutical formulations such as tablets gets defeated due to problems with disintegration, dissolution and consequently absorption. Bioavailability of solid dosage forms plays a crucial role in formulations and usually calls the attention of drug regulators. This book seeks to bring to the fore a scientific investigation into the dissolution and implicitly the efficacies of certain brands of albendazole tablets (anthelmintic) on the Ghanaian market.
