Flight School

This flying course looks at hardware, gadgets and pilot know-how. The first part deals with the science and technology of planes and what keeps them up in the air. The second sees the child sitting in the pilot's seat and flying a plane. The book shows, step by step, how to take off, land, dive and zoom. At the back of the book, there's a section about how to identify different kinds of planes, including historical models. Suitable for all pilots aged 8.
