Franz Mestitz (1904-1994)

Born in 1904 in Roudnice, Bohemia, he identified as an "outsider" throughout his life, defining himself as a "Jew, socialist, and scholar. " This volume is based on Mestitz’ own memories. It makes a contribution to the history of employment law as well as to the history of the workers’ movement, antisemitism, and emigration.
