HAND-PICKED is designed to celebrate differences and recognize similarities, and includes an activity for the classroom or home. It is field trip day to the apple orchard and the excitement is especially high for one little girl who cannot wait to introduce her mommy to her classmates. But when Tommy sees that her mommy doesn't appear to match, he is left scratching his head, while she is left with hurt feelings. Her mom takes her aside to explain that sometimes, it takes a little closer look for others to recognize a perfect match.
