Introduction into darkfield diagnostics

The present manuscript is based on the discoveries of Prof. Dr. Enderlein. He developed a procedure for the investigation of native blood using dark field microscopy. This has been systematically reworked here and amplified in the light of the authors' personal experience extending over many years.
