Law and Economics of International Arbitration

This is the fifth volume of the "University of St. Gallen www. unisg. ch Series in Law and Economics", a transcript of the Fifth International Conference on Law and Economics, which was held at the University of St. Gallen on October 25, 2013. It was organized under the auspices of the Master Program in Law and Economics (M. A. HSG in Law and Economics, MLE) together with its International Academic Council (IAC MLE) and Insper São Paulo and generously sponsored by the Lemann Foundation. The topic of the fifth conference was devoted to the issue of international arbitration and closely related to the recent development in this field. This volume contains the contributions of renowned scholars and practitioners in the field of international arbitration, e. g. , Peter Nobel (Switzerland), Richard A.
