Formé au Tchad et à l'international, il est titulaire d'un Master Il en Stratégie, Sécurité et Politique de la Défense (CEDS Paris), d'une Licence en gestion de projets et d'un BTS en gestion des entreprises (HEC Tchad). Son parcours académique débute à Amtiman, où il obtient le CEPCT, le BEPCT et le baccalauréat série A4. Au sein dont ceux de, Directeur des Services Administratif, financiers et de l'Informatique, Directeur général de l'Economat des Armées, Directeur de la Coopération Militaire, Commandant du contingent tchadien en RCA, et Directeur commercial à la MANEM. Il a également suivi plusieurs formations de haut niveau en France, aux États-Unis et en Amérique latine sur les questions de défense, de droit humanitaire et de coordination civilo-militaire. Born in 1972 in Bourdani, Ennedi-Est, Major General Bokhit Noucki Charfadine is a prominent figure in the Chadian National Army. Trained both in Chad and abroad, he holds a Master's degree (Master II) in Strategy, Security, and Defense Policy (CEDS Paris), a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, and a Higher Technician Certificate (BTS) in Business Management (HEC Chad). His academic journey began in Amtiman, where he obtained his primary, middle, and secondary school diplomas (CEPCT, BEPCT, and Baccalaureate Series A4). Throughout his career, he has held key positions, including Director of Administrative, Financial, and IT Services; Director General of the Armed Forces Commissariat; Director of Military Cooperation; Commander of the Chadian contingent in the Central African Republic (CAR); and Commercial Director at MANEM. He has also completed advanced training in France, the United States, and Latin America covering defense issues, humanitarian law, and civil-military coordination. Decorated by Chad, France, Sudan, and the Central African Republic, General Bokhit is recognized for his dedication, competence, and sense of duty in the service of peace and security.
