Beschreibung
Oliver, unable to sleep, converses with his unique toy, Gigoletto, crafted from pipes and screws. As the night deepens, Gigoletto invites Oliver on an adventure to London, explaining that he must close his eyes to travel. Oliver complies, and his bed begins to float through a magical sky, revealing the glowing lights of the city and the River Thames below. They first visit Big Ben, where the clock chimes vibrates through Oliver's chest, bringing a sense of the city's heartbeat. Next, they witness the impressive mechanical engineering of Tower Bridge, which opens to allow a ship's passage. Their journey continues over Buckingham Palace, where Oliver marvels at the immovable King's Guard, before arriving at the London Eye as dawn approaches. Here, they witness the city awakening, leaving Oliver in awe. Gigoletto reminds him to close his eyes for the return journey, leading back to his room just as the morning sun rises. Oliver finds a tiny, muddy button resembling a rose, hinting at the reality of his magical dream and the secret connection to Gigoletto, who seems to wink at Oliver in the morning light.
