Palancing in Port-of-Spain

This is the story of two little Black girls who are sisters: Mae and Lulu. They go on a vacation to Trinidad and Tobago with their parents. During their time in Trinidad, they visit several attractions and even play mas in a Carnival band. After enjoying Carnival celebrations, they head to the sister isle of Tobago; where they swim in a nylon pool in the middle of the ocean. The girls tell the story from their point of view, taking in all of the sights Trinidad and Tobago has to offer. The book is a fun depiction of Trinidad and Tobago from the eyes of two little girls who are thrilled with all of the exotic, unique experiences the country has to offer.
