Beschreibung
On July 17, 2026, the White House published four collections of intelligence, investigative, and election-security records under an Election Integrity portal. The collections address vulnerabilities in electronic voting and ballot-counting systems, acquisition and exploitation of American voter data by the People's Republic of China, an FBI and Department of Justice investigation of alleged fraudulent voter registrations in Michigan, and federal claims concerning noncitizens on state voter rolls. The official download contains 58 PDF listings totaling 269 listed pages. Three documents are exact duplicates appearing in more than one collection. This edition therefore reproduces 55 unique documents totaling 258 source pages, inserts a neutral divider before each document, and records every cross-collection appearance. The resulting structure preserves the architecture of the official release without asking readers to traverse four ZIP archives or reread identical files. The records span different evidentiary forms. They include finished and draft intelligence assessments, internal coordination emails, memoranda, briefing material, technical security reports, FBI interview and lead records, investigative chronologies, prosecutorial or investigative disposition material, and public-release summaries. Those forms do not carry equal weight. The apparatus identifies type, originator, date where visible, collection membership, and the interpretive limit most important to each group. The release draws together several questions that must remain analytically separate. Foreign acquisition of voter-registration data is not the same as access to ballot-tabulation systems. A demonstrated software vulnerability is not proof that it was exploited. An investigative lead or witness statement is not a conviction. A database match suggesting ineligibility is not proof that an unlawful vote was cast. A declassified document records what an agency knew, considered, or asserted at a particular time; it does not automatically settle the broader controversy in which it is cited. This edition takes no position on the validity of any certified election result. Its purpose is documentary: to preserve the complete official release, make its internal structure visible, reduce duplication, and equip readers to distinguish intelligence judgment, technical risk, allegation, investigation, administrative claim, and adjudicated fact.
