On February 1 2010 doctors told Alistair Sutcliffe's wife to say her final goodbyes to her husband who lay in an intensive care unit fighting for his life after suffering a massive brain haemorrhage. Remarkably, Alistair pulled through and this is the story of how his fight back from the brink of death became his hardest climb.
