The Rot

To protect her homeland of Ym, Hirka traveled through the raven rings, a stone circle that can be used as a portal, to an unfamiliar world- modern-day Europe. Now she is stranded in a rotting world, with nothing but a raven and a notebook to connect her to the life she left behind. And among people willing to do anything for the blessing- or the curse- of eternal life. Meanwhile back in Ym, Rime is now the Ravenbearer, fighting an ongoing battle against the blind, not to mention against his fellow Councilors, as well as with his own despair over losing Hirka. Separated by worlds, each must find a way to stop a thousand-year-old evil from destroying not only Ym, but every world in existence.
