This monograph presents ΞII, a unified ontological and computational framework that derives physics, cosmology, consciousness, and ethics from two co-arising primitives: the act of distinction Ξ and the operator of structuring II. The core thesis is that existence is not substance but process: a thing persists not because it is made of fundamental building blocks, but because it is distinguished from what it is not and structured into a coherent pattern.
