Wanhong HUANG is an independent scholar working at the intersection of philosophy, the theory of relations, economics, and the formal modeling of social dynamics. He is the founder of Serendip Commons Society and the author of the framework of Generative Relational Being, which reconceives justice and governance in terms of the conditions under which relations remain generative. He develops that framework with the tools of dynamical systems theory, group theory, and axiomatic construction alongside those of philosophy. He holds a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo, with prior research in computational neuroscience. His background spans computational science, engineering, the humanities, and literature, and his work moves between Chinese, Japanese, and English.
