Beschreibung
This book is a contribution to the practice that is offered so that everyone (curious, beginners, practitioners and teachers) can have this material. To illustrate this, Lucas and Maria lend their bodies aware of their limitations and facilities, so that students and practitioners improve and expand the possibilities, always safely, which are infinite. So consider these pages a starting point and not a goal. In digital version, all this information is divided into 4 Books, together they add a wide introduction to this beautiful practice, from another point of view, in which a great variety of asanas and variations are addressed, as well as preparatory sequences, therapeutic flight and thai massage with about 1700 photos. This is Book 1/4 - Fundamentals. Here you will find the philosophical basis that yoga provides as well as the one derived from the mixture of the three disciplines. It also talks about the history of acroyoga, the Acroyogathai school, the technique of structures, grips, preparatory sequences,. but above all the 11 fundamental positions are explained, and how to enter and exit them. The knowledge of these postures is essential to be able to face all the other asanas that appear in the other three volumes, since they are used to access all of them, and also to exit. The authors, Lucas and Maria, two teachers from Brazil and Spain respectively, draw on many different styles and teachers, from the most traditional, especially due to their relationship with India, to the most avant-garde, among other things due to their presence in a multitude of festivals. They run the AcroYogaThai school, which has been training teachers since 2014 in Barcelona, later in other places, especially in Kerala (South India) where they created a small yoga community in which they work with volunteers who come from all over the world. They have spent about five years developing this book, which reflects their understanding and teaching of this beautiful practice. They are available to all those who want to learn with them, in classes, courses or training. They are looking for practitioners who share this understanding of the practice to transmit it with respect, integrity and love. More information at www. acroyogathai. com
